Removed an app and added a new one

hey everyone. CKayTV became a paid service app so i removed it from the install suite.

in its place i put in a great new OnDemand app for TV Shows and Movies called TV Zion. i guess a lot of people love it.

Starting Today, It'll come standard on all installs
